| Built as a one-story brick bungalow in 1920, this sturdy home was competely gutted & remodeled, including tearing off the attic/roof & adding a beautiful, new second story. In this photo, you can see all the way to the rear yard's arbor. |
This is a close-up of the rear deck, yard & small patio. The stone pond features a fountain where birds love to bath & play. All of the sidewalks around the home, and the garage apron are new. |
This photo is taken facing southeast; you can see the glass doors leading to the large kitchen/family room, the decking, arbor & part of the patio/yard. This is the view one sees from the kitchen/family room. |

A pretty powder room with faux painting, and some built-in shelves & an arched nook. |
It's lovely how the original layout of the classic bungalow has been maintained through the renovation, yet today's needs for media centers & technology are met. The position of the fireplace, bookshelves & the two high side windows are historically correct. Within the shelving, you'll find wires for cable, whole house speakers, etc. |
