Real Estate Tax Appeals
If you want help to appeal your taxes, you have many sources: 1) Your real estate broker or agent; 2) the local county assessor's office, they actually will help you at no cost; 3) an attorney who specialized in tax appeals. If you have appealed your taxes, yet received a letter of denial, but you feel you have a valid case to have lower taxes, call the phone number on the letter -- one of my clients, did this & had their taxes lowered by $1,800!
